Varrie Dean's Immune Boosting Juice

This fruit and vegetable juice is rich in multivitamins, beta-carotenes and antioxidants that clean the digestive system of toxins, as well as helping the body fight against common colds and other diseases.







Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 medium sized carrot

  • 1 green apple

  • 1/2 a lemon

  • Thumb sized piece of Ginger

  • cup of water

  • Optional tsp of ground Turmeric



Method


Peel the carrots and chop into chunks, cut the apple into quarters, and peel the piece of ginger. Pop it all into your blender and add the lemon juice, the water and if you like, a few ice cubes and the Turmeric. Blend together until it forms a smooth consistency, pour and enjoy!
