Yoga and Dance

Service Description

Join myself and Deirdre from Hips with Attitude for an afternoon of yoga and dance. We'll do a Vinyasa Flow to warm ourselves up and then Deirdre will lead us in an earthy, funky, dance class. Drawn from many ethnicities and with a modern twist, Global Caravan Tribal Bellydance and JWWAD (Arabic Dance) is a form of dance that lifts your spirits!
