Very low intensity yin practice with lots of quiet and stillness in some tension relieving postures.
A deep stretch Yin class with hero pose and some stretches for the upper body.
Yin with some funky postures!
A Slow Flow where we stretch and exercise the shoulders.
In this Yin practice, we'll stretch the head, neck, shoulders, back and legs. We'll use the strap and our own body for some interesting binds and stretches.
Neck and shoulders short
A short practice to stretch the muscles around your head and neck.
Vin to Yin Spiral line
A class with movements and postures that will move and stretch your body along the Spiral Line Meridians. A Vinyasa Flow and then some Yin postures.
Yin for the front body
A Yin practice for the superficial front line - stretching from the top of the toes all the way up the front of the legs and abdomen to behind the ears.
Yin for the back body
This practice is designed to stretch your Superficial Back Line or your body. This includes the soles of your feet, the backs of your legs, all along your spine to the back of your head.
