It's been a wee while since I posted a new video! Been busy opening a yoga studio, you may have heard.
I did a 12k run on Saturday which is a couple of km beyond comfortable for me or as someone said in my class during ankle to knee this morning - it's just the right amount of uncomfortable.
Afterwards it was a lovely afternoon so I filmed this class as I did all the things I really felt like I wanted to do to stretch my legs, hips and back after a run. It would be just as good after a cycle, a hike or a walk or of course, simply to stretch your legs.
