Good morning, I've just added this week's class, which is a core strengthening class using the block. I've also added a very similar one, but it's slightly gentler and includes the diver sequence which is great for strengthening the backs of the legs.
Wednesday class is not on this week, but will be back next week, and I'll be taking Friday and Sunday off next week to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. I will upload some more new classes next week.
