What's new in On-Demand

Hello,

At the beginning of the year, I asked for some feedback about what I'm offering online. Thanks to everyone who took the time to do this, it has helped me make some changes. I've changed the On-Demand price to £10 per month. I have emailed everyone who is already subscribed to say that you should cancel your plan and then reorder it for the cheaper price. If you haven’t done so yet, or you’re not sure how, drop me a message.

I set myself a goal of having 100 videos uploaded to on-demand by the end of 2021 and I am pleased to say, there are now more than 110.

Recent uploads

Every Friday, I will put a post out letting you know what classes have recently been uploaded.

Most recent uploads are:

  • Conscious Movement

  • Focused Vinyasa Flow

I have added a New Classes section to the home page for on-demand, so if you'r rather do what's new, you can see the most recent uploads.

Yoga for Beginners

I have created a Beginner’s Series channel and designed this to help people begin their yoga practice and stick to it. It includes a calendar for 3 months (that’s how long it takes to establish a practice). The third month you can go onto the classes in the On-Demand Library. If you’ve been away from yoga for a while, or you’re really trying to make it a habit again, then see if you can stick to the calendar. I’m doing a workshop on Sunday 27 March at Symington Village Hall from 2pm to 5pm. It includes 3 months access to on-demand. If you are already subscribed to on-demand, you can get £10 discount for this workshop. Just send me an email if you want to come and I’ll send you the code.

Adaptive Yoga

I have recorded several more adapted yoga classes, including ones for people who benefit from using a chair, but can still do a lot of the other movements and postures. A lot of it is standing and it is still a good challenge. It just means you don’t have to get up and down off the floor. Recent classes I've uploaded are Adaptive Yoga for the Legs and Adapted Sun Salutations.

Yoga for Strength

I have created a Yoga for Strength Channel for those of you who want to challenge yourself a little more than we do in Vinyasa Flow. It’s for people who have either been practising a while, or you have a good level of physical fitness (you do circuits or metafit or gym sessions). It’s included in your On-demand subscription, but I’m also making it available to purchase as a one-off payment for £20 that you can keep. Think abs and glute exercises, pushup variations and core stability work.
