Gentle Flow is now Slow Flow
I have changed the name of Gentle Yoga to Slow Flow. I've always thought although this class is slow and has less getting up and down from the floor, it's not quite gentle. Restorative is gentle, but what I was calling Gentle Yoga wasn't really. So I've renamed it Slow Flow. As for the Slow Flow On-Demand channel, it's all the same videos as before, but maybe now is a good time to try some of them. Have you tried any yet?
