What's New in On-Demand

This week we have the fun Energy Flow we've been doing in class - it's a mix-mash of transitions and sequences. Great for strengthening your glutes, hips and practising your balancing - including Half Moon including a variation on your knees. I always know it's a good one when I get people messaging saying - "ooh my butt is sore after that." Enjoy.
