What's New in On-Demand

Hello, this week we have a yoga practice for the knees. So think lots of different movements, postures and exercises to strengthen all of the muscles that help the knees to work better. Lunges, leg raises, chair pose, and standing balances.



If you have any knee problems or injuries and you want a practice that doesn't involve weight bearing, you can do the first part of the video which I've uploaded as a short.
