This week, we have a Summer Yin practice. It was recorded in a 3-day hot spell in Scotland at the spot where I do outdoor yoga. It's a lovely place where there used to be a school.
The only part remaining is this archway. It's entirely surrounded by trees and the River Doon is at the edge of it, so it's a lovely place to listen to the sound of the wind in the trees. Thanks to my lovely friend Denise for showing me this secret garden in Alloway.
In this Yin practice we'll do some deep stretches for the hips, shoulders and chest.
