What's new in On-Demand

This week we have a Vinyasa Flow to Yin practice - Vin to Yin. This one is designed to stretch the whole back of your body from head to feet. It's one of my favourite practices and great for giving those hamstrings a good stretch. I've had lots of feedback (and my own experience) that this one helps you to feel so much more mobile straight after.
