What's New in On-Demand

This week, we have the Vinyasa flow we've been practising in class. It's a flow with lots of slow continuous movement and wave-like rhythm. It's a great practice for strengthening and stretching the muscles involved in moving your legs around in the hip socket - thighs, glutes, hip flexors. Enjoy!
