Hello,
This week we have another Vinyasa Flow. If you did last week's class, this is a continuation on from it, where we add on some more balancing and variations in our lunges. Got to love a ladder flow. You have to call them all something, so I've called it a Leg Flow. You'll definitely feel your legs after it. Enjoy!
