Yoga immersion week


Mon - Fri

8am – gratitude journal, breakfast (no phone until out of bed)

9.30am – Yoga class

10.50am - Meditation

12pm - lunch

12.30 – Study something or try something new – yoga sutras/anatomy/dance/chanting/kirtan

1.45pm – walk outside

4pm – Guided Meditation

7pm – Yoga class

8.30pm - supper

9.30pm – phone off and read or yoga nidra





Saturday/Sunday – free day – do what you want - even if that is lying in bed all day, but maybe you for for a very long walk somewhere different and meet a friend if you can, do the spa day and self-massage, restorative, yin yoga, have a nice long chat with a friend, paint, draw, or watch movies all day.






Yoga Teachers Immersion


  • 5.30am – gratitude journal, smoothie

  • 6am – Satsang (listen to wise one talking about yoga)

  • 6.30am – Strength training/exercise

  • 8.15am – Asana practice

  • 8.55am - Meditation

  • 9.30am – practice teaching yoga

  • 10.50am - writing

  • 12pm - lunch

  • 12.30 – yoga education

  • 1.45pm – walk outside

  • 4pm – asana practice

  • 7pm – practice teaching yoga

  • 8.30pm - supper

  • 9pm – phone off and read



Themes


Mon – Anatomy/handstand prep

Tues – Yin

Wed – Yoga business

Thurs – Spa day

Fri – Try a class you haven't done before
