9.30pm – phone off and read or yoga nidra
Saturday/Sunday – free day – do what you want - even if that is lying in bed all day, but maybe you for for a very long walk somewhere different and meet a friend if you can, do the spa day and self-massage, restorative, yin yoga, have a nice long chat with a friend, paint, draw, or watch movies all day.
